FORMER DONEGAL GARDA ESCAPES SPEEDING CASE

first_imgA former Donegal Garda Superintendent has escaped prosecution for speeding after successfully appealing for an exemption.Supt Kevin English, formerly of Buncrana station, appeared at Carrick-on-Shannon District Court.He was summonsed to appear before the court charged with exceeding the 60kmph at Drishogu, Carrick-on-Shannon at 8.56am on July 9th, 2014.
