Previous Article Next Article Bupa boosts international armOn 1 Jun 2004 in Personnel Today Bupa has extended its contract with Futuremedia for a learning managementsystem (LMS), hosting services and software integration to its BupaInternational Unit. It follows successful implementation of the system withinBupa’s UK Insurance Division. The international division provides healthcare and insurance products for UKand non-UK expatriates, as well as high net worth individuals in more than 180countries. In encouraging employers to take control of their professionaldevelopment, Bupa believes this will lead to improved service levels for thedivision’s customers, which span 115 nationalities. “This is the first time our International Division employees will beusing an e-learning system of this calibre,” says Stephanie Hall, Bupa’speople development manager. “We want everyone to be able to learn at theirown speed and access multimedia learning in all our programmes.
